General Hospital spoilers give a twist as Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) finds herself in a horrifying predicament with the body of deceased Professor Hank Dalton (Daniel Goddard) in her car trunk. Laura, freshly re-elected, might now face murder accusations that could overturn the election. 

GH spoilers indicate this sinister plot, orchestrated by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), aims to frame Laura for Dalton's murder. The situation escalates when Laura's grandson, Rocco Falconieri (Finn Carr), is falsely accused by Dalton of vandalizing his lab at Port Charles University, landing Rocco in juvenile detention. Sidwell, the culprit behind Dalton's murder, is also threatening Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), the only witness of the crime, by withholding her Huntington's medication. 

Spoilers for General Hospital suggest Laura's political adversary, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), stands to gain from her downfall. As Laura battles to prove her innocence and protect her family, the future of Port Charles hangs in the balance. Will Laura be able to escape Sidwell's trap, or will she fall victim to his calculated schemes?
